By entering Superstar Waterpark and Beach Resort, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
General Rules
- All guests must have a valid entry ticket or booking confirmation to access the park and resort facilities.
- Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest found violating the rules or behaving inappropriately.
- Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The park will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the premises.
Safety and Health
- All guests must follow safety instructions and obey lifeguards, security, and staff members at all times.
- Participation in rides and activities is at your own risk. Management is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur during your visit.
- If any accident, injury, or mishap happens, customers are solely responsible for their own safety.
- Guests who are suffering from any illness, infection, or contagious disease are strictly advised not to visit the waterpark or resort.
- If a guest chooses to visit despite any illness, it will be entirely at their own responsibility and risk.
- Proper swimwear is mandatory for all water rides and pools. Street clothes are not allowed in the water attractions.
Accommodation Policies
- Room allocation is subject to availability and resort rules.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued ID proof at the time of check-in.
- Any damage caused to the property during the stay will be charged to the guest’s account.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Tickets and bookings are non-refundable once purchased unless stated otherwise.
- In case of severe weather or unforeseen closures, management may offer a rescheduling option at their discretion.
Liability
Superstar Waterpark and Beach Resort, Virar shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, illness, or other mishap experienced by guests during their visit. Guests visit and participate in activities at their own risk.
